If you plan to use these data files as part of your inputs for
Regulatory modeling purposes or direct comparison with TCEQ Regulatory
modeling results, TCEQ requires that you contact the respective modelers
for ancillary inputs for modeling (e.g. cross references, profiles) and
to discuss TCEQ procedures.

The files in these directories will be revised as TCEQ approaches final
modeling and will not be considered final until all SIP modeling is complete
for these episodes.  Therefore, it is important that the user of these files
check for updates prior to the user drawing any conclusions with TCEQ files.
To make this process easier for the user, TCEQ will update the version number
in the file name with each subsequent replacement (older files will not be
maintained in these directories).
