No user account is needed. Use a web browser and go to https://amdaftp.tceq.texas.gov .

To download large files or directories:
  • Using FTP client software (e.g. FileZilla ), is recommended.
  • If FTP client is used, a user account is required. Please use buttons above to check if you have an account, sign up a new account, or reset your password using your email address. Note: user accounts that are not used for 90 days will be removed from system, and can be signed up again if needed.
  • Use "amdaftp.tceq.texas.gov" as SFTP host, and your username/password to access our SFTP server, as shown below:
